Agnes Maria Wolf, daughter of William Wolf and Anna Maria Margaretha Meunier, was * born on Sunday, 19-Oct-1879 in Richfield, Washington County, Wisconsin, USA.1,2,3,4 She was ~ baptized on Tuesday, 11-Nov-1879 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Goldenthal.1 On Tuesday, 20-Oct-1903 Agnes Maria, age 24, oo married William Schulteis, age 25, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Goldenthal, Washington County.5,6 Agnes + died, at the age of 75 years, on Friday, 3-Dec-1954 in Richfield.7,3 She is ± buried in St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery, Goldendale.7,3,8 The burial location is Area 3, Row 3, Plot 14-C2 next to her daughter Gladys. She was a very religious person. People close to her believe had she not married, she would have chosen a religious vocation.
Agnes was President of Christian Mothers Society at St. Boniface in the 1930s and was instrumental in obtaining a washing machine for the school sisters of the parish over the object of the pastor.

Agnes always carried the money. One day when William was cutting firewood he had taken with him a 100 dollar bill. No one remembers why. When he came home several hours later he found that he had lost it. From that day on he never carried anything but change in his pocked for playing cards. Agnes was intrusted to carry the money and this she did in her brassiere. This created problems when for some reason William needed to pay for something and Agnes wasn't forewarned.
